Who We Are
Capacity is the difference between a plan and a result
Apex Institute was established to close a gap that is easy to describe and hard to fix: institutions across every sector hold mandates, budgets and plans that outrun the practical skills available to deliver them.
We are a training organisation, not a consultancy that also trains. Everything we do — needs assessment, curriculum design, facilitation, assessment and follow-up support — exists to leave capability behind in the institution after our facilitators have gone.
Our programmes run across leadership and management, ICT and digital skills, finance and procurement, occupational health and safety, agriculture and agribusiness, and monitoring and evaluation. Each is delivered in-person, online or as a hybrid, and each can be customised and delivered in-house.
